How to read the list
- Weight is the class. The number in the name tracks the weight in kilos: GSH 5 is 5.6 kg, GSH 11 VC is 11.4 kg, GSH 27 VC is 29.5 kg. That is how the trade asks for them — “paanch kilo wala”, “gyaarah kilo” — and it is the right way to choose.
- Joules are the blow. Impact energy is how hard each stroke lands. It goes from 7.5 J on the GSH 5 to 62 J on the GSH 27 VC. Watts describe the motor, not the blow: the GSH 14 C and GSH 16-30 are both 1,750 W, and deliver 28 J and 41 J.
- The fitting decides your chisels. SDS-max, 17 mm hex, 22 mm hex, 28 mm hex and 30 mm hex chisels do not swap between machines. Start from the chisels you own.
Which weight for which job, with prices
5 kg class — ₹16,621 to ₹29,866
GSH 5 HX, GSH 5 MX and GSH 5. Tile and plaster removal, chasing walls for conduit and pipes, brick partitions, door and window openings. Light enough to hold against a wall or above shoulder height, which is why electricians, plumbers and tiling contractors buy this class. The three are close in weight and joules; the real difference is the fitting. The GSH 5 HX takes 17 mm hex chisels and is the cheapest Bosch breaker we list. The GSH 5 MX and GSH 5 take SDS-max.
11 kg class — ₹30,975 and ₹74,761
GSH 11 E and GSH 11 VC. RCC slabs, beams, column corrections, cutting openings in a roof. This is the machine most general contractors end up owning. The GSH 11 VC has Vibration Control and 23 J of impact energy; the GSH 11 E costs less than half as much. GSH 11 E or GSH 11 VC — how to choose.
14 to 17 kg — ₹71,069 and ₹1,04,795
GSH 14 C and GSH 16-30. Floors, foundations, concrete and asphalt — work you stand over and push down into, not work you hold up. Bosch describes the GSH 14 C as built for reinforced concrete girders and beams, breakthroughs and ground demolition on concrete and asphalt. The 16 kg breaker, in detail.
30 kg class — ₹1,99,993
GSH 27 VC: 29.5 kg, 62 J, 28 mm hex, with Vibration Control. Bosch call it the top of their corded breaker range, with the highest demolition power they make. Road cutting, thick foundations, mass concrete — work measured in days, not hours.
One thing the price list shows
The GSH 14 C (14.6 kg, 28 J) costs ₹71,069, which is ₹3,692 less than the lighter GSH 11 VC (11.4 kg, 23 J) at ₹74,761. That is not a mistake. The 11 VC is an SDS-max machine with Vibration Control that you can still lift for short vertical work; the 14 C is a downward machine with a 22 mm hex fitting. If your work is floors, the 14 C is more breaker for less money. If it is beams and walls, it is the wrong tool at any price.
Not on the list
People also ask us for a GSH 500, a 7 kg breaker, a GSH 16-28 and 20 or 25 kg machines. None of these is on our current list. The nearest we have are the 5 kg machines above (the GSH 5 HX is the usual answer to a GSH 500 request), the 11 kg pair, and, above the 16.9 kg GSH 16-30, the 29.5 kg GSH 27 VC. If you need a specific model that is not here, ask — we will tell you plainly whether we can get it.
Questions buyers ask
What is the price of a Bosch breaker machine?
From ₹16,621 (GSH 5 HX, 5.7 kg) to ₹1,99,993 (GSH 27 VC, 29.5 kg), including 18% GST. The 11 kg GSH 11 E is ₹30,975 and the 16 kg GSH 16-30 is ₹1,04,795.
Which is the cheapest Bosch breaker?
The GSH 5 HX at ₹16,621. It takes 17 mm hex chisels. The cheapest SDS-max breaker is the GSH 5 MX at ₹25,369.
Which breaker for an RCC slab?
The 11 kg class — GSH 11 E or GSH 11 VC. A 5 kg machine will break a thin slab, but slowly. If you are removing whole floors rather than cutting openings, go to 14 kg or more.
Are these prices with GST?
Yes, all prices include 18% GST, and every order comes with a GST invoice. Before GST, the GSH 16-30 is ₹88,809 and the GSH 11 E is ₹26,250. A GST-registered buyer can read what a proper tool invoice must show.
Can a breaker drill holes?
No. A breaker only hammers — no rotation — so every joule goes into the chisel. For holes you need a rotary hammer; see the rotary hammer price list.
Do you sell the chisels?
No. We sell the machines, not chisels or bits. Buy chisels that match the fitting in the table — SDS-max or the right hex size — and check before you pay for either.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is charged at actual cost, on top of the price, and confirmed on the call before you pay.
