11 kg Breaker Machine Price: Bosch GSH 11 E or GSH 11 VC?

Two Bosch machines in the class most contractors end up owning — and ₹43,786 between them.

Updated 27 October 2026 · 6 min

The short answer. Bosch's 11 kg breaker comes in two versions: the GSH 11 E at ₹30,975 and the GSH 11 VC at ₹74,761, both including 18% GST (prices checked 27 Oct 2026). Buy the GSH 11 E if you want an 11 kg slab-and-beam breaker for the least money. Pay the extra for the GSH 11 VC if the machine will run for hours every day — it is the one with Vibration Control and 23 J per blow.

The 11 kg class is where most contractors end up: heavy enough to go through an RCC slab or trim a beam, still light enough to lift for a short stretch of wall. Bosch make two machines in it, and the price gap between them is ₹43,786 — so it is worth knowing what that money buys before you choose.

What the extra ₹43,786 buys

The GSH 11 VC is, in Bosch's words, the most powerful machine in their SDS-max demolition hammer range: 11.4 kg, 1,700 W, 23 J per blow, 900 to 1,700 blows a minute, with Vibration Control. On a machine this heavy, vibration is what ends a working day, not lack of power — so the VC matters most to a crew that breaks concrete all day, every day.

The GSH 11 E is the same weight class for well under half the price. Our product page does not yet carry its full Bosch spec sheet, so we have not printed figures for it here — ask us and we will read them off for you before you buy.

Which one to buy

  • Buy the GSH 11 E if this is your first breaker, the demolition comes in bursts — a bathroom, an opening, a staircase — or the machine goes out on rent for short jobs. ₹30,975, or ₹26,250 before GST.
  • Buy the GSH 11 VC if one operator will run it for hours at a stretch, day after day, and you already own SDS-max chisels. ₹74,761, or ₹63,357 before GST.
  • Look at the GSH 14 C instead if the work is mostly floors — you stand over it and push down. It is 14.6 kg and 28 J, and at ₹71,069 it costs ₹3,692 less than the 11 VC. The catch: a 22 mm hex fitting, and it is too heavy for wall work.
  • Look at the GSH 5 instead if the work is really tiles, plaster and wall chasing. At ₹29,866 it costs about the same as the 11 E, but it is a 5.6 kg machine you can hold against a wall. Choose by the job, not by the price.

Jobs an 11 kg breaker is right for

  • Cutting openings in an RCC roof or floor slab for stairs, ducts or a lift.
  • Correcting beams and columns that came out of the shuttering wrong.
  • Breaking a bathroom or kitchen floor down to the slab.
  • Removing a concrete staircase, chajja or parapet.
  • Breaking plinth beams and old foundations on a renovation.

If the job is a whole floor or a road, an 11 kg machine will do it, slowly; go to 14 to 17 kg. If it is tile and plaster, an 11 kg machine is more than you need to carry.

Questions buyers ask

What is the price of an 11 kg breaker machine?

The Bosch GSH 11 E is ₹30,975 and the GSH 11 VC is ₹74,761, both including 18% GST. Before GST they are ₹26,250 and ₹63,357.

What is the difference between the GSH 11 E and the GSH 11 VC?

Price, mainly — ₹43,786 between them. The 11 VC is the one Bosch builds with Vibration Control and rates at 23 J and 1,700 W. Ask us for the 11 E's figures from its Bosch spec sheet; our product page does not show them yet.

Is an 11 kg breaker enough to break an RCC slab?

Yes — slab openings, beams and columns are exactly what this class is for. For breaking up whole floors day after day, a 14 kg or 16 kg machine finishes faster.

Which chisels fit an 11 kg Bosch breaker?

The GSH 11 VC takes SDS-max chisels. For the GSH 11 E, ask us to confirm the fitting before you buy chisels for it. We sell machines, not chisels.

Do you have a 10 kg breaker?

Bosch's machines in this class are the GSH 11 E and GSH 11 VC; there is no separate 10 kg model on our list.

Can I use an 11 kg breaker on a wall?

For short stretches, yes. For long vertical or overhead work, a 5 kg machine like the GSH 5 is less tiring and gets more done by evening.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes, on every order. See what a proper tool invoice must show.
