Shipping, delivery and payment policy

Within Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad) we send orders by Porter, often the same day.

Outside Delhi NCR we send orders across India by transport or courier. How long it takes depends on where you are and on the transporter.

You pay the actual cost of delivery: Porter's fare within Delhi NCR, or the transporter's or courier's rate outside it. There is no fixed rate. We tell you the amount on the call, before you pay.

You can also collect your order free of charge from our counter at 445-446 Bankey Lal Market, Main Mathura Road, Badarpur, New Delhi 110044. Call ahead so it is ready when you arrive.

Payment terms are agreed for each order on the call. Depending on the order, that is:

• Full payment in advance.
• Part payment in advance, the balance as agreed on the call.
• Payment on delivery.

Every order comes with a GST tax invoice. Give us your GSTIN and it is raised against your business so you can claim the input credit.

Tell us within the time set out in our return policy, with photos, and we will replace it or refund you after inspection.
