A kit is a tool and its battery sold under one part number. These are the eleven Bosch 18V kits we list. Every Bosch 18V battery fits every Bosch 18V tool, so the second tool you buy rarely needs to be a kit — the battery guide explains why.

The drill kits
- GSB 183-Li — ₹7,471 or ₹9,881. Impact drill driver, 60 Nm max, 13 mm keyless chuck, 1.5 kg with battery. Bosch says it drives screws into wood and drills masonry and metal too. The second battery costs ₹2,410 more — worth it for anyone working a full day.
- GSR 185Li — ₹12,427 / GSB 185-LI — ₹12,867. Compact pair, 1.3 kg with battery, 50 Nm hard torque. The GSB adds hammer action (27,000 bpm) and Bosch rates it for masonry up to 10 mm; the GSR is the drill driver for wood and metal.
- GSR 18V-65 — ₹17,092. 76 Nm max, two 2 Ah batteries and a GAL 18V-40 charger named in the part. The strongest drill driver kit here, for carpenters and installers driving long screws.

Drivers, grinders and wrenches
GDR 18V-215 Kit — ₹12,285
Impact driver, 215 Nm, 1/4" hex, two speed settings, 1.37 kg with battery. For roofing screws, frame fixing and anything driven by the hundred.
GWS 18V-8 and GWS 18V-11S — ₹22,345 and ₹28,918
100 mm cordless grinders. The 18V-8 runs at 11,000 rpm; the 18V-11S has variable speed, 3,000–9,000 rpm. Both are 1.5 kg without battery. Corded options are on the angle grinder price list.
GDS 18V-780 and GDS 18V-1050 — ₹29,649 and ₹42,293
Impact wrench kits; the 780 kit names two 5.0 Ah batteries. Torque, solo prices and the corded option are on the impact wrench price list.

Starter kit = GAL 18V-40 charger + two GBA 18V batteries. The kit and the starter-kit route may not hold the same batteries; ask us what each box contains before choosing.
On these numbers the GDX 18V-285 kit is cheaper than building it yourself, while for the GWS 18V-8 and GDS 18V-780 the solo-plus-starter-kit route costs less. That only holds if the batteries are what you need — the GDS kit carries 5.0 Ah packs against 4.0 Ah in the starter kit. Ask us and we will compare the two boxes for you.

Will my old Bosch 18V battery fit a new kit tool?
